4th MayAt 4th May (Monday) we had to get up early again to catch the train (High Speed Train 台灣高速鐵路) from Hsinchu to Taipei and then from Taipei by another train called TRA (台灣鐵路管理局) to Hualien ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hualien_Cit
y ).
After reaching the train station we were looking for a shuttle to the hotel but there was none so we took a cab and since we wanted to go to Farglory Ocean Park (
www.farglory-oceanpark.com.tw/index.php ) (where my dear had made reservations for 3pm for the "Swimming the dolphin" and we had to check in at our Hotel (which was situated on a hill above the park), he told the cab driver to be quick and he will get an extra fee. This resulted in passing cars on the left side, passing cars where you are not allowed to pass them, driving over a red traffic light and stuff. (I was quite scared, also since you are lucky if you find the part of the seat belts to fasten it in a taiwanese taxi. I only saw 1 !!! taxi of all the cabs we took (which were quite some))
Soon we arrived at the hotel (Hualien Farglory Hotel:
www.farglory-hotel.com.tw/index.php and checked in. When I entered the hotel I was like: O____O
I should post some pictures so that you know why:

I mean like: OMG!!!! *shock*
Anyway, we quickly got to our room (where our luggage was waiting for us) and put on the swimming clothes to get to the shuttle to the Ocean Park and off we went.
Here you go with some pictures of us swimming and having fun with the dolphin. ^^ It was amazing! *__*

(Rescue~ dolphin)

*chuu~*

After that ended, we got to take a shower at the location (where my dear showered his shoes by accident too, looool. I laughed so much XDD) Later we quickly got back to the hotel for dinner. (all you can eat at such a hotel = OMG, so many things to try and even an "Open Kitchen" where you could ask them for some things to cook too). I ate so much...maybe too much. >_< But it was all (well overall) so yummi. I could not resist. XDD
Later we took off to get to Hualien city for some night market shopping, yay! He bought me some cute pink jacket X3) and we ate some nice food, also these nice strawberry balls (??):

(and no, it's not plastic XDD)
Soon it was late so we headed back to the hotel to enjoy the super view from there high above. It was gorgeous and there we sat for some time, just watching the far away city lights (now that I think of it, after taking Meilin home we went to a nice place where you could drink a tea and stuff and have some nice waffles with honey (yummi! *_*) and there was a very nice night view too but not as gorgeous).

A pity the bathroom at that hotel wasn't as big as the one in Sunview Motel. XDD
5th MayOh yes, this was a kinda bad day...>_<°°° I woke up and felt a bit sick (like I had to throw up) so after thinking if I should tell my dear or not, I decided I would. He was very worried right away and offered to take a cab to go to a doctor or hospital in Hualien city. I was a bit hesitant but since I still felt bad after half and hour (and taking a coal pill) we had to make a "quick-check-out" of this awesome hotel (sorry dear!). >_<
He quickly helped me into the taxi and asked the driver to get us to a good doctor. The guy recommended a doc who had once been the manager of a hospital so this should be fine, we thought.
As the doc examined me, my stomach began to hurt more and I thought I had cramps, also got very nervous which resulted in an almost-faint. As I came back to me, I just heard the doc saying "Don't be so nervous." and my dear holding me tightly so I would not fall off the chair. T__T <3
After the doctor was ready examining me, he told some things my dear should take care of concerning me and said that I maybe got a cold (well, I think it was just cuz of too much food and maybe some sea food that didn't do well with my stomach since I had only a slight fever and said bad feeling/feeling like to have to vomit and a few cramps so...^^° Further more I didn't sleep well because of the snoring of someone *coughs* so that made me weaker too.).
Anyway, the whole time my dear was supporting me very much but after some time I felt like having to lie down in the further part of the doc office so I did.
My dear quickly got the medicine for me and a mask, also rushed to the still waiting cab driver and got our luggage.
After taking over half of the medicine the doctor prescribed, I had to really throw up...=_=° (only water though cuz that was the only thing I had in my stomach this morning) but fortunately I felt better afterwards. The only thing remaining the slight fever.
We got into a cab later on and into the train (I had to wear that mask all the time so I felt strange...if you know what I mean. Only ill people or people who are super careful wore them...so my dear put on one too, so that I won't feel too bad. T___T <3).
As we reached Taipei he quickly put our luggage in a locker at the mainstation and got into a cheap but clean hotel for me to sleep some more and we hoped that also the fever would be lower afterwards. Sadly that didn't happen so in the end he offered to take me to Taipei best hospital...
Since I am a foreigner, they right away put me in the H1N1 area.........=_=°°° But after some hours (and a H1N1 specialist lady with very good English coming (not to mention other tests) they released me with a fever reducing medicine as well as one for when I feel like vomitting.
At that time my dear talked to the doctors so many times, told them I can't have it and to make them working quicker, did all the paperwork and paid for everything.
He even called Meilin and KK because they know English better than him (which resulted in KK's mom coming over to support me), supporting me so much and telling me he was about to cry when I had that little "almost-faint"....he really did so many things for me...I was so touched and had to struggle not to cry because of his kindness.
Also, I want to thank KK's mom so much! I don't think it is very common for a mom I never have met to come to a H1N1 patient...
Also KK later wrote me an email (she was not in Taipei so she couldn't come) where she said she was sorry not to be able to be there for me.
T__________________T Sometimes I wonder how can anyone care to that extent about me....to be that kind...gosh, I am only home over half a day and miss him so much.
(as said, I can't even properly describe everything that happened and stuff...)
Oh, and his mom was even blaming him for not having taken care enough of me (though I know it was not his fault)...
Also his dad was very worried. He seems the quiet type but inside he is a very kind man.
ANYWAY, after I was released, my fever was down a bit and after taking the medicine it got even better so we decided we would not drive back to his family home but go to the WeGo! hotel (
www.we-go.com.tw/linsen/index.aspx ) he had booked for this evening (and buying some healthy fruits and stuff at 7eleven (I really like those shops!!!).
Here some pics! A really nice hotel too with really nice bathroom :D

(oh and from this day my dear kept sleeping in another room so I could get some proper sleep (even in the bathroom if there was nothing else left..T___T). And as you can imagine, since there were almost everywhere double beds, he didn't have a proper blanket either. >_< So sorry dear! )
6th MayOn our way to Táizhōng (the city where my dear's brother is studying,
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Taichung ) we made a stop at more outsite part of Taipei (I do believe...?). Anyway, there we suddenly saw another WeGo! hotel, haha!

But actually we intended to go to a nice department store where we looked around but didn't find much special things so we went up to the 3D-movie theater to get some tickets. Since we had some time left and were bored, we tried one of those moving huge animals there. A pity we didn't take a picture of them lol.
Later we watched a movie called "Monsters vs. Aliens" I do believe. It was funny and well made, though only with chinese dub but the movie wasn't that deep so lol, it was fine.
Finally there was a ferris wheel at the 2nd to the top floor so we tried this one of course too. X3~ Ah~ it was so nice~

Arriving at Táizhōng (with High Speed Train 台灣高速鐵路 again) and taking the bus we tried to find the area where the photo studios are at but failed a little bit so we took a cab and the nice driver drove us there. We ended up at some studio called LA FÉE ( http://www.lafee.com.tw/ ) (since my dear said we could take some photos at such a studio but at Taipei it was too early. Those studios oddly only take picutres in the afternoon/evening...I wonder why.
The pictures came out VERY well and unexpected to me. O___O As some of you already might have seen at facebook. I was so surprised and those pictures I have posted so far are not photoshopped or anything.
So far we only have the raw shoot from the place. The books for us will be ready next week or so. (uh, it was pretty expensive, good thing someone else than me paid. O__O°°°)
If you are at facebook, you can see a few here:
www.facebook.com/notifications.php#/album.phpSadly that photoshoot took so long that we weren't able to meet my dear's brother (but we met him on the weekends anyway since he comes back home on those) and also could not go to the famous Táizhōng night market ....T___T
Well, we checked in at our hotel (which had the largest bathroom I have ever seen...):
7th MayOn that day it was time to go for Kaoshiung and the Hello Kitty Hotel!!! :D~
It was pretty hot down there in the south of Taiwan and because of a very nice woman we luckily found the right bus to take us to the "Grand" Hi-Lai Hotel, yay.
And again, when I stepped into that hotel I was like: OMG!!!!!!!!!!! O_____O *stares*
Anyway! After the check-in process we walked up and checked out our room:

Lol, really! Everything was hello-kitty-lized. Even the toilet! XDD I was surprised they didn't have Hello Kitty toilet paper! XDDD

We put down our luggage and left to get something to eat:

And later were able to use the Hello Kitty car shuttle to a big department store with a quite big Hello Kitty corner. ^^

We were just walking through the department store as my dear saw a shop where you could make your "Mini-Me" teddy! :D Here's the result:

Soon it was time to have dinner so we went to the nice restaurant in our hotel, which was situated next to a pool (of course inside and the pool was outside):

As it was already dark outside we got into a cab and my dear asked the driver if there is any nice place near (for couples I think) so the nice guy drove us to a boat port:

So we had a little tour around that area on the water. X33 So nice~

After this we took a cab to a very nice place near the port. We had to use a loooong staircase to get up there but the view was awesome:
8th MayAt this day it was time to drive back to my dear's home. ^^ After putting our luggage back home, we took off to see some real Hakka culture:

And try Hakka tea! Yummi!!! :D

Later we drove a bit further and more on the country side:

It was so nice there! X33~
In the evening though we went to a nice hotspring not far away:

...and that's how this wonderful week ended. In at a nice hotspring to chill out and relax. Ah~ (*___*)

PS: Dear KK pointed out a few things to me which I didn't know in the last post:
"
The first photo, you know the icy sweet, the purple chewy stuff is taro starch ball, and the orange chewy stuff is yam starch ball.
And the last photo, I dunno if they call it bubble tea in english, but directly translating it is pearl milk tea (the pearls are starch balls again). and it's called tabioka-miruku-tea in japanese."
Thanks so much dear! ^___^v Now we know it all!
